About the centre

The Centre specializes in retraining and professional development for sanitary and epidemiological service and public health specialists.

The Centre was established under Resolution No. 272 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 4 July 2023, “On measures to establish the Centre for retraining and advanced training of personnel in sanitary and epidemiological welfare and public health”.

The Centre develops educational programmes and professional capacity with WHO, KOICA, UNOPS, GIZ and other national and international partners.
