Sixth-stage Training of Trainers seminar held on infectious disease epidemiology

From 14 to 18 September 2026, the Center and KOICA held a sixth-stage Training of Trainers (ToT) seminar on infectious disease epidemiology as part of their joint project.

Korea University professors Lee Yo-han and Park Han-ul took part as instructors. The sessions covered outbreak investigation, RR/OR analysis, epidemic curves and attack rates, risk communication, facilitation and leadership.

Participants conducted epidemiological analyses and developed response measures using training scenarios. The course strengthened the practical and teaching skills required to support continuous education in infectious disease epidemiology in Uzbekistan.
