Training courses for specialists of the Sanepid'komita Andijan and Fergana region administrations

Training courses on "Biological safety and biological protection" for experts of the Andijan and Fergana regional departments of the Sanepid Committee, organized in cooperation with the United Nations Office of Project Services (UNOPS) and the Center for Retraining and Upskilling Personnel in the field of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health, have started today in our capital.

The event was opened by I. Ulugnazarova, deputy director of the center for retraining and upgrading of personnel in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare and public health, D. Rustamov, UNOPS specialist, and D. Kuziyeva, head of the center's department for studying international experience and applying modern scientific methods to the educational process, noting that biological hazards and infectious diseases are a serious problem for all countries today. they emphasized that the acquired knowledge and experience will create a solid foundation for the practical activities of the participants and will be of great importance in the protection of public health.

The five-day advanced training courses will provide an opportunity for advanced training based on world standards and best practices, and serve as a source of new knowledge and practical skills for visiting epidemiologists and infectious disease specialists.
