Roundtable discussion on "Hygienic requirements for food safety".

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 2, 2023 "On additional measures to accelerate the process of becoming a member of the World Trade Organization of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Decree of April 18, 2025 "On measures to promote production, export and entrepreneurial activities, increase the efficiency of trade and industrial policy", food in our republic In order to align the product safety system with international requirements, to widely introduce the standards of the Alimentarius Codex, the Centre for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel in the Field of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health developed and approved the training course program "Hygienic requirements for food safety" (144 hours) with international partners.

‼️Today, at the center for retraining and professional development of personnel in the field of sanitary-epidemiological tranquility and public health, professors-pedagogues and responsible specialists of the State Committee for Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Development, Plant Quarantine and Protection Agency, Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology participated in the roundtable discussion on the topic "Hygienic requirements for the safety of food products".

🔹I.Ulugnazarova, the deputy director of the Center for Retraining and Qualification of Personnel in the field of sanitary-epidemiological tranquility and public health, opened the roundtable discussion and touched on the purpose of the training program. In the future, information was provided on the requirements of the "Hygienic requirements for food safety" (144 hours) training course, training classes.

Also, during the roundtable discussion, a workshop on "Professional Professionalism of the Teacher" was conducted by E. Suyunova, Head of the Center's Retraining and Retraining Process Organization Department.
