Mobile training on "Basic technologies of food processing and packaging".

A mobile training on the topic "Basic technologies of food processing and packaging" was held for the cadets of the Centre for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel in the Field of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health of the State Committee for the Development of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the training:

Teacher O. Azizov gave detailed information about the scientific center's laboratory infrastructure, inspection processes and modern methods used.

The trainees got acquainted with the stages of physico-chemical, microbiological and toxicological analysis of food products.

During the packaging process, safety requirements, norms for the use of additives and international standards used to ensure product quality were discussed.

Algorithms for receiving, processing, storing and examining samples were demonstrated in the center's modern equipment.
