A seminar-training on the topics of "Emergency Preparedness, Response and Recovery" and "Leadership/Leadership and Management" was organized within the Global Program for Laboratory Leaders/Managers (GLLP) in cooperation with the Centre for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel in the Field of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health and WHO.

It was explained to the participants in the modules "General leadership skills", "Strategic planning", "Health system, laboratory and interaction development". During the seminar-training, the participants received answers to their questions at a meeting with N. Atabekov, the first deputy chairman of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health Committee.

Getting to know the Oliy Majlis Senate and the Legislative Chamber, meeting with senators on how to be a leader-senator, having leadership skills and motivation, and how to interact with the population left a great impression on the participants of the training.

During the seminar, the participants actively participated in practical exercises, interactive seminars and personal coaching processes. At the end of the seminar, they were awarded certificates.
