Diploma defense and presentation of GLLP participants' projects

In our capital, in cooperation with the center for retraining and improving the skills of personnel in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare and public health and the World Health Organization, the participants of the "Global Program for Laboratory Leaders" (GLLP) presented their diploma defense and projects.
Laboratory experts from the WHO European Regional Office also participated in the event.
The presentation ceremony was held by the Director of the Centre for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel in the Field of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health. O'. Yodgorov opened and emphasized the importance of introducing modern management methods in laboratory systems, increasing personnel capacity and international cooperation. He also highlighted the practical value of the training and the opportunities created by the GLLP program for laboratory leaders.
During the two-day training, the participants presented in detail the diploma projects they developed based on the knowledge, practical skills and real experiences in their laboratories in the fields of "Human Health" and "Environmental Health". Each presentation demonstrated the capacity of local laboratory leaders to analyze problems, propose solutions, and apply management approaches consistent with international requirements.
During the protection process, visiting international experts from the WHO European Regional Office analyzed the presentations in depth, asked specific questions about each project, and discussed the strengths and weaknesses of existing approaches.
The proposals and recommendations given by the experts will serve as an important direction for the improvement of laboratory management, work according to quality standards and implementation of international requirements in the future practical activities of the participants.
