“Bureaucracy-Free Uzbekistan” public initiative
The “Bureaucracy-Free Uzbekistan” public initiative is being implemented under the “Eliminating Bureaucracy — 2030” programme, approved by Order No. F-68 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 28 November 2025.
The initiative aims to identify excessive paperwork, complex procedures and other bureaucratic barriers faced by citizens and businesses, and to develop practical proposals to remove them.
The initiative runs from 21 September to 20 November 2026.
Citizens and businesses can submit their proposals through the online platform murojaat.byurokratiyasiz2030.uz.
Proposals should describe the problem, its consequences and, where possible, a practical solution.
The most relevant proposals will inform measures to reduce unnecessary procedures and simplify and digitalise public services.
