Educational seminar on "Bioprotection and biosecurity".

A training seminar on the topic "Bioprotection and biosecurity" was organized by the center for retraining and improving the skills of personnel in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare and public health with the participation of specialists from the city and district departments of the Syrdarya Regional Department of the Sanepid Committee.

During the seminar, specialists were given detailed information about biological risk factors that may be encountered in laboratory conditions, measures to prevent the spread of infection, proper use of personal protective equipment, and rules for working with dangerous biological materials. Procedures for decontamination of biological waste were also explained.

Sanitary requirements, national and international standards, and emergency action algorithms were also discussed at the event.

The seminar was held interactively, and the questions of the participants were answered in detail by expert-trainers.
