In order to increase the knowledge and practical skills of the employees of various fields on sanitary rules, norms and hygiene regulations, training courses are being systematically launched.

These courses are organized by the center for retraining and upgrading of personnel in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare and public health based on modern requirements for specialists working in health care, laboratory work, production, service and other fields.

In particular, a training seminar on "Bioprotection and biosecurity" was held in this direction with the participation of laboratory specialists of the "Intermed" clinic. During the seminar, detailed information was provided on biological risk factors in laboratory conditions, measures to prevent the spread of infection, proper use of personal protective equipment, rules for working with dangerous biological materials, and waste disposal procedures.

In addition, the sanitary and hygienic requirements, national and international standards, and emergency action algorithms were explained to the participants. The seminar was held interactively, and the expert-trainer gave detailed answers to the questions of the participants. Certificates were handed out at the end of the training-seminar.

Such training-seminars serve to increase the professional potential of industry employees, ensure safety in the work process, and strengthen sanitary and epidemiological welfare.
